1、齿形链齿轮齿面磨损:对于开式齿轮传动或含有不清洁的润滑油的闭式齿轮传动,由于啮合齿面间的滑动,部分较硬的磨粒进入了摩擦表面,

使输送机的齿廓改变,侧隙加大,以至于网带输送机齿形链齿轮过度减薄导致齿断。

只有在润滑油中磨粒时,才会在运转中引起齿面磨粒磨损。 

1. Tooth surface wear of toothed chain gear: for open gear transmission or closed gear transmission containing unclean lubricating oil, 

due to the sliding between meshing tooth surfaces, some hard abrasive particles enter the friction surface,
The tooth profile of the conveyor is changed and the side clearance is increased, so that the tooth chain gear is excessively thinned, resulting in tooth fracture.
Only when there are abrasive particles in the lubricating oil can the wear of tooth surface abrasive particles be caused during operation.




2、齿形链齿轮齿面胶合:对于高速重载的齿轮传动中,因齿面间的摩擦力非常大,相对速度较大,致使豆腐烘干网带输送机啮合区温度过高,

当润滑条件不良,豆腐烘干网带输送机齿面间的油膜消失,使得两轮齿的金属表面直接接触,发生相互粘结。

3、齿形摊齿轮疲劳点蚀:相互啮合的两轮齿接触时,齿面间的作用力与反作用力使两工作表面上发生接触应力,

由于输送机的啮合点的位置是变化的,且齿形链齿轮做的是周期性的运 动,接触应力是按脉动循环来变化的。

4、形轮齿折断:在运行工程中承受载荷的齿轮,按照受到脉冲的周期性应力超过齿形链齿轮材料的疲劳限制时,会在根部出现裂纹逐渐扩展,

当剩余部分无法承受传动载荷时就会发生断齿现象。齿形链齿轮由于工作中严重的冲击、导致齿形链网带转弯机偏载。

5、输送机齿形链齿轮齿面塑性变形:在冲击载荷或重载下,齿面产生局部的变形,使渐开线齿廓的曲面出现变形。
